The Hop Dragon is reborn and it’s back from tropical forests!
Double dry-hopping of Simcoe, Equinox, Centennial and Mosaic hops has got some surprises in store for your palate: sweet notes of mangos, pineapples, passionfruit and guavas blend together into an exotic mix. As this double IPA warms up in a glass, its aroma and flavor become more prominent and deep, while the body becomes richer. By using El Dorado hops, which have become an integral part of Hop Dragon series, we were able to reach 100 IBU. This dragon breathes sweetness with tropical notes that doesn’t burn you, and it’s all thanks to 200 kilograms of ripe mango purée that we added to 6,000 liters of this double IPA.
However, when you pour this aromatic beer into a glass, it really looks like a deep amber flame.
