It took us two years of waiting to present our limited barrel ale series Wild Barrel. As the beer was maturing, it slowly kept getting its flavor, while the yeast strain we had added took its time to consume the sugars.
To brew this particular beer we used 70 kilograms of ginger, as well as Safale US-05 yeast strain. The beer’s naturally developed acidic character, derived from ageing in wooden barrels, is typical for sour ales and has a balanced complexity. Wild Barrel: Mango has mango notes in the flavor and quite a delicate aroma.
There are only 150 bottles of each beer type in this limited barrel ale series. Each batch was hand bottled, labeled and numbered. Hurry up and grab one before they are all gone!
