Tour De Grapefruit: citrus wheat ale

The wheat ale that is now known as "American" was first brewed in the United States in 1986, based on a traditional German Weizenbier recipe. Over the years, however, it has become a true "citizen of the world." Today, it is one of the most popular styles for craft beer experiments.

At Gletcher, we decided to embrace the trend and create our own interpretation of wheat ale, making it both more vibrant and universally appealing. Staying true to the classic recipe, we used specially cultivated yeast strains and Bobek hops, resulting in a delicate, "fluffy" beer with a fresh taste and a pronounced citrusy, hoppy aroma.

But our signature twist? Natural red grapefruit juice from the island of Barbados, which makes this ale incredibly refreshing and well-balanced. Tour de Grapefruit is the perfect choice, whether for a lively gathering with friends at the edge of the world or a cosy family evening at home.

Embark on a round-the-world adventure with our new beer, and rest assured—Tour de Grapefruit will make your experiences even brighter and more exciting!
