Extra Virgin – a classic post-modern, mono-starch ale with Zither. Zither was so much that we added it at the beginning of cooking, and in the middle, and at the end, and then made this hop dry hopping. The result is a tart and aromatic ale with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. The sweetness of the base of light malts "Pale Ale" and "Pils" well balanced the bitterness, making it smooth and delicate.
